Huecode Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Huecode (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Huecode mobile application on Google Play (the “App”). Huecode is a Mastermind-style color logic puzzle game. This page is hosted on gosolobio.com for convenience; it applies to the Huecode App, not to the SoloBio product unless otherwise stated.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers people who install and play Huecode on Android devices via Google Play.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• On-device game data stored locally on your phone, such as levels unlocked or cleared, best scores, and settings (sound, haptics, first-run guide status).
• Technical data that may be generated by the device, operating system, or Google Play when you install or update the App (for example, crash or install diagnostics handled by Google).
• Advertising data (only if ads are enabled) — if we turn on rewarded ads (for example, for peeks or extra attempts), Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers and related data under Google’s policies. In the EEA/UK we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required before personalized ads.

Huecode does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or payment card inside the App for gameplay.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use the App to build a marketing profile unrelated to gameplay or (if enabled) ads.
• We do not require you to create a SoloBio account to play Huecode.

4. How we use information

• To save and restore your game progress on your device
• To remember your preferences (sound, haptics)
• If ads are enabled: to show optional rewarded ads and measure ad performance via Google
• To operate, secure, and improve the App
• To comply with legal obligations

5. Third-party services

• Google Play — distribution and platform services
• Google AdMob / Google UMP — only if rewarded ads are enabled in a released build

Those providers process data under their own policies. Progressive builds without ads keep gameplay data on your device only.

6. Data retention

Game progress and settings remain on your device until you clear App storage, uninstall the App, or use an in-app reset (if available). We do not operate a Huecode cloud account that stores your saves on our servers.

7. Your choices

• Turn sound or haptics off in Settings
• Reset local progress in Settings (if offered)
• Uninstall the App to remove local App data
• If ads are enabled in your region, use the consent / ad settings controls presented by Google UMP or your device settings

8. Children

Huecode is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International users

The App may be available in multiple countries via Google Play. If you are in the EEA, UK, or other regions with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding advertising consent when ads are enabled.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
