Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SoloBio’s website, Studio, and booking pages (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SoloBio helps freelancers create a page for booking and optional payments, including built-in scheduling or third-party tools (e.g. Calendly, Acuity, Stripe, PayPal). We provide software and hosting — we are not a bank, payment processor, or calendar provider.
2. Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You own and are responsible for profile content, photos, prices, booking settings, and links you publish.
- You are solely responsible for taxes, invoices, client relationships, and applicable consumer laws.
- Failures of third-party services you connect are governed by their terms and are outside SoloBio's control.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use SoloBio to break the law, defraud clients, infringe rights, distribute malware, harass others, or publish adult, pornographic, sexual, or otherwise illegal content.
5. Enforcement and removal
We may investigate suspected misuse. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or delete any account involving adult, pornographic, or illegal content without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create legal or safety risk, including by disabling public pages and Studio access.
6. Third-party services
Booking availability, payment capture, refunds, and chargebacks may be handled by third parties. SoloBio does not control their uptime or settlement timelines.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that calendars, embeds, uploads, or payment links will always succeed.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOBIO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US$50) on a free plan.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
